How Long Will My Order Take To Be Shipped?
Order Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days, Please check your emails as you will recieve a dispatch notification and a tracking number to track your parcel.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48HR Tracking - This means typically your parcel should arrive within 48 hours of royal mail recieving this, however this can vary due to seasonal constraints/strikes or simply royal mail delays.

Can I pay for Faster Delivery?
Yes you can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail 24HR Tracking. Typically arriving within 24 hours of Royal Mail receiving your parcel however delays can affect this as stated above.
You can also upgrade the dispatch window to 1 working day for a £5 fee please contact our team if you would like to do this.
Do You Ship Outside Of The UK?
Unfortunately we currently only ship within the UK, We have plans to expand world wide towards the end of 2026
My Order Still Hasn't Arrived.
If you have recieved a tracking number, the first thing to do is check your tracking to see if it has recently moved location, If your order hasnt arrived 14 days after the inital posting date please contact us at enquiries@squidge.online and we will assist further.
